Rental Terms

Price 

• The rental price marked is per day.
• Minimum rental day is 7 days. After 7 days, you can rent day by day.

Payment   

• 50% of the order amount is paid on checkout as deposit.
• 50% amount of the order will be generated automatically 7 days before the rental start date.

 Cancellation

• Cancellation before 1 month of the start date can get full deposit refund.
• Cancellation between 1month and 7 days from start date will be charged 50% of order amount.
• No cancellation is allowed within 7 days of the rental start date.

 Return Costumes

At the end date, you need to return the costumes in person to the store or drop them off on a currier store. Cost will be charged on extended rental days.

Size Exchange

For costume rentals longer than 7 days rental period, we give you another one-week free of charge. We encourage you use this free extra week to try your costumes and we provide one-time exchange of the sizes free of charge.

• Do you sell your rental stock?

• Will you make me a custom costume?
  On occasion our workroom will make a custom piece, or pieces. It depends entirely on how busy the workroom is, and how much advance notice is given. If you are interested in having something made, please contact us at vingtansdance@gmail.com
