  1. What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

  1. How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?

Within 30 days of delivery date. To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be sent to our facility within 30 days of delivery date.

  1. How much is the return shipping fee?

Returns are free. Seller will cover the return shipping fee.

  1. What should I do if I want to return an item?

Contact us by vingtansdance@gmail.com or the "Contact Us" button on the bottom of main page and provide your order invoice. We will send you a return label. Drop off your package in a post office and wait 3-5 business day to receive the refund to your account.
